Frequent questions
Prescription
Yes, but please note that they cannot be of the same exercise protocol. To do this, you will have to send a new exercise protocol and schedule it for the days you are most interested in. If you schedule it for the same days as the other protocol, the patient will have several sessions on the same day. You will be able to send as many simultaneous exercise protocols as you consider necessary
The patient has until the end of the assigned day to make up a missed session. After that time, the session will count as missed and cannot be retrieved.
Detection system in rehabilitation
At TRAK we always work to find a balance between the reliability of data provided to the physiotherapist and the patient's experience. For the system to be as accurate as possible, there must be certain lighting conditions, contrast of the patient against the background or distance to the device, which are very detrimental to the patient's user experience. That is why, within this balance that we seek, we ask the patient to comply strictly with these conditions when it comes to a measurement of a joint balance, to try to provide the most rigorous data possible (our internal studies indicate that it has a variation of +/- 5º of standard deviation). In daily rehabilitation, we give more priority to the user experience, so we are not as demanding in these conditions requested from the patient.
The system is not able to detect anatomical deformities. In these cases, we recommend activating Artificial Intelligence only on joint balances, and performing daily rehabilitation without it, for a better user experience on the part of the patient.
Technical doubts
Yes! TRAK can be used with any device that has an internet connection and a camera. Depending on the type of user who will access the system, the minimum requirements will be different, and the recommendations for use will also be different:\nPhysiotherapist: it is recommended to access from the computer and using the Google Chrome browser. In this case, a camera will not be required on the device, since this user will not perform rehabilitation sessions with the platform.Patient: it is recommended to access from the mobile or tablet, and through the downloadable application in the app store. In this case, the larger the screen of your device, the better and more comfortable the rehabilitation experience is going to be.
To use TRAK you only need a device with a web browser such as Google Chrome and a stable internet connection, no matter the operating system. We recommend the use on Android, iOS and Windows devices because they are the most used today. If you need more information about it you can contact soporte@trak.es.
No. The terms and conditions are a set of legal rules and agreements necessary for the use of the application in accordance with the intended purpose established by the manufacturer. You must agree to these terms and conditions before using the application. If you refuse to accept them, you may be prevented from accessing the platform or your access may be restricted in some way. It is important that you read and understand these terms and conditions before using the service.
